Account Ownership

Last updated June 2026

Ownership should be obvious.

Most of the time, it is.

This page exists for the times it isn't.

Your account

If you create and pay for an individual account, it's yours.

The email address and payment information associated with the account help us verify ownership if questions arise.

Organisation accounts

If an organisation pays for an account on behalf of its employees, the account belongs to the organisation.

The organisation is responsible for deciding who has access and who administers it.

Your content

What you create belongs to you.

We don't claim ownership of your work. We simply store and process it so the product works.

Changing ownership

If ownership needs to be transferred, contact support@svair.org.

We'll verify the request before making any changes.

When people leave

If someone leaves your organisation, remove their access as soon as possible.

If you believe an account has been accessed without permission, contact security@svair.org immediately.

Disputes

We can verify account ownership.

We cannot resolve disputes between employers, employees, founders, partners or contractors.

Those are matters between the people involved, not between them and Svair.

One last thing

Software is temporary.

Your work shouldn't be.

That's why we believe in open formats and straightforward exports.
