We try not to make them more complicated than they already are.

Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on our website do not include taxes.

If tax applies where you live, it will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Businesses

If you're purchasing on behalf of a business, tell us your billing information and any applicable tax registration details when you sign up.

Where local laws allow, we'll apply the appropriate tax treatment automatically.

Invoices

We're small enough that receipts aren't automatic yet. Email support@svair.org and we'll send one by hand, same day.

Tell us your billing details up front if you need them on the invoice.

If something looks wrong

Tax rules vary around the world and mistakes can happen.

If you think tax has been applied incorrectly, contact support@svair.org.

We'll review it and fix it if we've made a mistake.

One last thing

We charge what the law requires.

Tax is the least interesting part of buying software. We'd like it to stay that way for you.
