Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Svair product, we would like to make it right. Our approach to refunds is simple: we want you to feel good about your relationship with us, even if you decide our product is not the right fit.

Our commitment

If you contact us within thirty days of your first payment for a subscription and ask for a refund, we will issue one. No questions asked. This applies to new subscriptions only, not renewals.

For renewals, we handle requests individually. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal charged and contact us promptly, we will typically issue a refund. We use judgement rather than rigid rules.

How to request a refund

Email support@svair.org with your account email address and a brief description of the situation. We will respond within two business days and process any approved refund within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

What we do not refund

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Partial months of service on monthly plans
  • Annual plan renewals requested more than fourteen days after the renewal date
  • Add-on usage charges already consumed

These are guidelines, not absolutes. If you have a situation that does not fit neatly into any of these, please contact us anyway. We will consider it.

Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan before it expires, we will refund the unused months on a pro-rated basis. For example, if you cancel six months into an annual subscription, you will receive a refund for the remaining six months.
