Cancellation Policy

We want cancellation to be as simple as creating an account. There are no cancellation fees, no notice period, and no need to speak to anyone.
How to cancel
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the product until then.
If you have trouble cancelling, email support@svair.org and we will take care of it within one business day.
What happens to your data
After your subscription ends, your account enters a read-only grace period of thirty days. During this time you can log in and export your data, but you cannot create new content or invite new team members.
After sixty days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. This includes your documents, records, messages, and any content you created. We cannot recover data after deletion.
We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling. Every Svair product includes a full data export in an open, readable format. You never need Svair to access your own data.
Refunds on cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not charge you for periods after your cancellation date.
If you believe you are owed a refund, see our Refund Policy. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and err on the side of fairness.
Cancellation by Svair
We may cancel or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In most cases, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Where the violation is severe — such as illegal activity or deliberate harm to others — we may act immediately.
If we cancel your account for any reason other than a terms violation, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription and give you sixty days to export your data.
